and not of us. We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we
are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; cast
down, but not destroyed.
2 Corinthians 4:6-9

For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for
us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; while we look
not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen:
for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are
not seen are eternal.

Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation
ready to be revealed in the last time. Wherein ye greatly rejoice,

manifold temptations: that the trial of your faith, being much more

might be found unto praise and honor and glory at the appearing of

know not; or who hath opened his eyes we know not: he is of age;

again called they the man that was blind, and said unto him, Give

that, whereas I was blind, now I see. Then said they to him again,
What did He to thee? how opened He thine eyes? He answered
them, I have told you already, and ye did not hear: wherefore would
