character of the work he is doing. Let ministers and teachers strive to
reach the standard set forth in the Scriptures. Let them not neglect the
little things, which are often looked upon as of no moment. Neglect of
little things often leads to neglect of larger responsibilities.

Workers in the Lord’s vineyard have the example of the good in
all ages to encourage them. They have also the love of God, the
ministration of angels, the sympathy of Jesus, and the hope of winning
souls to the right. “They that be wise shall shine as the brightness of
the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars
forever and ever.” [
